We calculate our rates by analyzing the complexity of the work and the time it takes to complete it. In order to accurately quote a price we request samples of the source information and final output of the work we are being asked to process. In order to calculate our cost, we may frequently offer to process some work for free. Work that is repetitive and routine, requiring little training of the staff will be billed at a lower rate than more complex work requiring extensive training. In all cases, the cost savings to our clients is usually dramatic compared to the cost of processing the work in the United States.
