Caren is an Assistant Manager in the Training Department. She is responsible for developing and executing the training needs assessment to assure that training fulfills company needs.
She is a graduate of AB Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas. Her undergraduate studies took place at the San Beda Law School and her postgraduate studies include the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
