Dennis De Leon
Manager: Helpdesk and Network Infrastructure
Dennis is the Infrastructure Manager in eData’s IT Department. His responsibilities include oversight of the Application Software Unit. He oversees the day to day IT operation process and is responsible for monitoring all servers, workstations, and network equipment of the company ensuring the high-level performance of the IT infrastructure. His team also provides technical support for internal and external clients relating to any hardware, application, voice, and network issues.
Dennis is a seasoned Network and System Administrator with over nine years of extensive hands-on experience in network and server management. He implemented and deployed many IT projects for multi-national companies.
He has a BS Degree and is a licensed Electronics Engineer, Certified Cisco Network Professional, and Certified ITIL Professional. He also completed a Management Development Program at Ateneo de Manila University.
