Manager: Customer Service and Data Entry Department
Donna leads eData’s Customer Service Department and Data Entry team. Donna is responsible for coordinating the communications between our clients and the various production departments. She and her Customer Service team are responsible for the receipt and delivery of customer orders.
Donna also oversees the data-entry projects that involve data mining, bill posting, etc…
Donna has been with eData for 14 years. Prior to eData, she was a seasoned medical transcriptionist and editor as well as a customer service representative.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
